Getting Started with INKOSI CONNECT Hotspot Services

Unlocking fast, reliable internet has never been easier with INKOSI CONNECT. Here's how you can get started in just four simple steps:

  1. Acquire Your Voucher

    • You can buy a voucher either directly from any of our hotspot locations or conveniently online through our website.

  2. Connect to the Hotspot Wi-Fi

    • Once you're near one of our hotspots, your device should automatically detect our Wi-Fi network. Connect to it just like you would with any other Wi-Fi.

  3. Enter Your Voucher Code

    • After connecting, your device might prompt you to log in or you might be redirected to a login page. Here, you'll find a space to enter your voucher code.

  4. Browse the Web

    • Once your voucher is accepted, you'll be granted internet access. You can now surf the web, stream, work, or communicate without interruptions.

  • Validity and Usage: Remember to check the expiry date and usage terms of your voucher. Some vouchers might offer access for a set period or data amount.

    An INKOSI CONNECT Hotspot is a public WiFi network where you can access the internet by purchasing data vouchers. Simply connect to the Hotspot, select the network, and use your voucher to get online. The voucher will only work within each INKOSI CONNECT Hotspot zone.

  • Are your vouchers uncapped or unlimited?

    Our Hotspot Unlimited Packages are unlimited and valid for the duration you buy - for example 7 days. As our Hotspots are shared by multiple users, we apply our fair use policy so everyone gets their share of bandwidth.

  • I can not connect to the hotspot.

    If you're having trouble connecting to an INKOSI CONNECT Hotspot, it could be due to several factors. You might be too far from the Hotspot, which weakens the signal, or there could be interference from physical obstructions or electronic devices. Make sure your device’s WiFi is enabled and you're selecting the correct INKOSI CONNECT network. If the issue persists, feel free to contact us for assistance. The voucher will only work within each INKOSI CONNECT Hotspot zone.

  • Can I use my data voucher at any INKOSI CONNECT Hotspot?

    Yes, your data voucher can be used and will work at any INKOSI CONNECT Hotspot within the designated hotspot zones.
